ac444 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ac444 website accessible at https://ac444.io and all associated services, features, games, and tools provided therein.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to ac444, the operator of this Platform.
• "You", "Your", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on ac444. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ac444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify ac444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ac444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.3 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and winnings on ac444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied on the Platform.

5.5 Declined Transactions

ac444 reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, without obligation to provide a reason to the Player at the time of refusal.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, ac444 may request supporting documentation before approving an alternative withdrawal channel.

6.3 Processing Times

Verified Account withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals pending KYC review may take up to 48 hours. ac444 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (c) there must be no pending fraud or compliance investigation on your Account; (d) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance.

6.5 Withdrawal Rejection

ac444 reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal request where verification documentation has not been provided, where suspicious activity has been flagged, or where the withdrawal would reduce the Account balance below a pending bonus wagering requirement threshold.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions constituting bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and may be suspended.

7.4 ac444 Discretion

ac444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to decline to offer any bonus to any Player at our absolute discretion.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ac444 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ac444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it believes a bet has been placed based on privileged information, where market odds were posted erroneously, or where placing the bet would breach any applicable rule.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, event, and account status. ac444 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where necessary.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by ac444 in circumstances including: event cancellation; obvious pricing error; match abandonment; late market closure; or detection of fraudulent activity associated with the bet. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account at the original stake value.

8.4 Results and Disputes

All bet settlements are based on official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, FIFA, or equivalent authority. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Player must contact support within 48 hours of the result being published. ac444's decision on settlement disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ac444 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to generate unintended wins
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any content or software belonging to ac444
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ac444 staff or other users of the Platform

All content on the ac444 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ac444 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, published, scraped, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of ac444.

Game titles, interfaces, and mechanics provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are used by ac444 under licence. Any use of those assets outside the ac444 Platform is governed by the respective provider's terms.

In all cases where ac444's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ac444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ac444 support via email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. ac444 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the Account balance where funds remain. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

ac444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of Players — ac444 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to registered account holders and by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
